After checkout, once the order is confirmed, we will send you a notification as soon as the item is shipped with tracking, if available.
Please typically allow 3-5 Business Days for Order Processing & Fulfillment
Please typically allow 10-21 Business Days for Order Delivery
Due to the high demand for items, orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, and therefore may sell out before a certain item is processed.
Please note, some of our pieces are shipped SEPARATELY and they may arrive in different packages at different times. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping times vary globally. All times below are estimates:
USA/Australia/New Zealand: 1-3 Weeks (approx. 10-20 business days)
Canada: 2-3 Weeks (approx. 10-24 business days)
Europe: 2-3 Weeks (approx. 14-18 business days)
UK: 3-4 Weeks
Other: location dependent.

Please note that we do not have control over shipping delays. Possible reasons for a delay include:
1. The parcel is awaiting customs inspection in your home country
2. The parcel is awaiting space availability on the shipping aircraft
3. Parcel simply needs time to go through the system - some cities take longer to process items than others
PROCESSING & TRACKING
Seven over Seven processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information (if applicable) once your order has shipped.
Please Note: Tracking Numbers are NOT mandatory, and instead are a provided as a courtesy to our customers.
Seven over Seven is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.
Please Note: Delivery estimates do not include delays caused by customs.
All orders are processed in USD at the most current exchange rate.
Some of our orders may be shipped separately. If you have ordered multiple items and have not received all the items within the allowable timeframe, please do not email us. Your remaining items are on their way. Please allow the shipping times above to receive your entire order.
